The following conditions apply to any accommodation booking at Hôtel Fleur de Neige. Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

For bookings made through an online platform (Booking, Expedia, etc.), please refer directly to the terms and conditions of the respective website.

Clause 2: Reservation

Prices are per room, per night, excluding breakfast (except for half-board packages, which are priced per person). Any reservation confirms the client’s irrevocable acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and cannot be contested.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a 50% deposit of the total cost of the stay and additional services, payable by credit card, bank cheque, bank transfer, or any other accepted method. Accepted credit cards include Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard.

The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival.

For stays booked within 7 days prior to the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Promotional offers must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-modifiable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable, regardless of the reason or timing of cancellation.

Reservations are made by room category only. Room numbers cannot be guaranteed.

Rooms are available from 4 PM and must be vacated by 11 AM at the latest.

Free parking is available on site, without prior reservation, but cannot be guaranteed and depends on availability upon arrival.

The half-board rate (available for a minimum stay of 2 nights) is an inseparable package that includes a 5-course dinner (drinks not included), overnight stay and breakfast. Any unconsumed meal cannot be deducted (except during weekly restaurant closures).

Please note that the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (except during high season).

All related costs remain payable to SAS Hôtel Fleur de Neige.

Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing or by email.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

– Up to 31 days before arrival: no charge, except for a €50 administration fee.

– 30 to 20 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount is charged.

– 19 to 8 days before arrival: 75% of the total booking amount is charged.

– 7 to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount is charged.

Once the stay has begun, no refund will be issued for early departure or delayed arrival.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged to the client by SAS Hôtel Fleur de Neige.

If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged to the client by SAS Hôtel Fleur de Neige.

Clause 5:
Amendments of booking

Any request to modify a reservation may be accepted or declined, depending on availability, and must concern a stay within the same calendar year as the original booking.

Modifications without fees are possible if requested at least 15 days before the arrival date. However, room availability and rates are not guaranteed.

If modification is not possible, the client must either maintain the original reservation or proceed with a cancellation, subject to the conditions outlined in Article 3.

Any modification request made 14 days or less before the arrival date will be automatically refused.
